Eat Chocolate

A study published yesterday from the Harvard School of Public Health warned us yet again: we’re not eating enough chocolate.  People who ate more chocolate had significantly lower risk of heart arrhythmias.

This adds to evidence previously compiled that chocolate eaters have lower rates of heart disease and stroke, Alzheimer’s disease, and stomach cancer.   Chocolate also makes you smarter.

It’s tough changing our lifestyle to promote our health.  I sympathize.  But it’s the responsible thing to do, and I urge all my readers to eat chocolate, even if it hurts.
